Covaimetals Website Design
Covai Metals is a Coimbatore-based supplier of PVC and UPVC valves and fittings for agriculture, plumbing and irrigation. The business had a strong offline reputation but zero digital footprint. I designed and developed a complete website that translates their in-store expertise — quality products, honest guidance, bulk supply — into a confident online presence with a clear product catalogue and enquiry funnel.
The Problem
Customers searching online for valve suppliers in Coimbatore found nothing but a phone number listing. Bulk buyers and contractors had no way to browse the product range, verify credibility, or request quotes without visiting the Ganapathy store in person. The brand's 'Quality is our passion' promise lived only on the shop signboard.
The Solution
I built a dark, high-contrast industrial design system anchored by the brand's signature red. The homepage leads with a direct value statement — Coimbatore's trusted supplier of ball, check and foot valves — over real product photography. A structured product catalogue, prominent 'Get a Bulk Quote' CTA, and click-to-call actions were placed at every decision point so both retail and bulk customers can act instantly.
